Why We're Here

The purpose of First Baptist Kids Academy is to support the home and extend the ministry of First Baptist Church into our community by providing biblically based, age-appropriate education for preschoolers and children in a loving and safe environment which allows for their spiritual, mental, physical, and social development. It is our goal to provide your children with hands-on engaging experiences at First Baptist Kids Academy. We want to support your preschool and homeschooling journey, as well as engage our students in Biblical interactive learning. Each year we look forward to offering new and exciting things, and we're so blessed to be able to serve our FBKA families.

Description

Kids Academy is for children 3 months old through 6th grade.

Our preschool program is for students, ages 3 months through PreK.
We support families of these ages with age-appropriate social and academic education.

Our homeschool program is for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.
We focus on Bible, math*, and science and offer music and PE as well as other electives. Kinder-2nd Grade focus on reading** as well.
*Students in 3rd-5th Grade will take a math placement test in May.
**Students in K-2nd Grade will take a reading placement test in May.

2025-2026 Registration

Registration for 2025-2026 will begin February 10th for current families and members of First Baptist Church New Braunfels.

Open Registration (in-person only) will begin on February 18th at 9AM and go through February 20th at 2PM.

Registration & Fees

Registration is in-person only. Forms are available in the Kids Academy office. From our parking lot, ring the doorbell at the Children's Entrance. Your form and fees are due at the time of registration in order to hold your spot for the upcoming school year. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. When you register, you are committing to paying each month for the entire school year (nine months).
