Adults and children ages 10-and-up*, join Tricia Jones for FREE kickboxing classes in the Gym! Modifications are available, so there's something for every fitness level! No registration necessary. Bring your boxing gloves and mat, or borrow some of ours. We also recommend a water bottle. Beginners, seasoned athletes, and everyone in between, come enjoy a fun workout with encouraging people!

*Minors must have a parent/guardian present for the duration of the class.
