Michael Bridges is the Minister of Music and Worship at Central Baptist Church in Crandall, Texas. He has served at many churches throughout Texas since 1982, including 20 years at FBC Sunnyvale, TX. Michael attended Dallas Baptist University and Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Debra live in Rockwall, TX, and have three grown daughters and six grandchildren. Michael says, "I've always had a heart for people in the world who have not had a chance to hear about the love of God. Because of that I've had many opportunities to travel the world and share the love of Christ. I have a group called The Texas Country Boys, comprised of four music pastors from the Dallas area. The other players play or volunteer at local churches also. Together with the partnership of evangelist Michael Gott, we've been able to tour in Eastern Europe over the last eight years. We discovered that people in Eastern Europe have a love for traditional country music. Coupled with that, some gospel music, and a brief word about the gospel, God has used this group to lead thousands to Christ. My passion is leading people to connect with God through the means of music."
