NOV 24 - Celebration Sunday
  • On Sunday, November 17th, the church voted to appropriate funds to pay off the remaining balance on the Arnold Ministry Center! So at the close of our worship service November 24th, we will "burn the note!"
  • Plan to stay afterward for an all-church fellowship lunch in the Gym, catered by Grouchy Mama's Food Truck and Dive-In Donuts Dessert Truck. The food is free, but we ask that you make a donation to Take The Journey
(The motion to allocate funds to begin a second site has been tabled until mid-January, so Commitment Sunday has been postponed.)

Relocating FBCNB

First Baptist Church has been blessed by God through a heritage of faithfulness. Building and growth have characterized the commitment to reach people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our growing community challenges us to reach out continually, and we will march into the future with faith and a growing expection of God's guiding power in our lives.

While our current site has served us well for the time we have been here, there are some issues that we must face if we are to take the journey to which God has called us. These issues include but are not limited to accessibility, visibility, no more room to grow, parking shortage, and we're outgrowning our current facilities. For the sake of the gospel, we must relocate!

Goals for our new location include facilitating our vision and ministries, resolving the many hinderances posed by our current location and facility, better visibility, easier accessibility, and room for future growth.

We are excited for what the future holds. Let's Take The Journey together and continue to Lead People To Jesus!

We kicked off our relocation capital campaign on Sunday, September 8, 2019. Brochures are available at the Welcome Center in the Sanctuary foyer.

On Sunday, November 3, 2019, Pastor Brad shared a plan to start an additional campus in the interim until we can fully relocate. More info coming soon.
